Shipping policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Currently, items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Non-Custom Orders:
  • An estimated delivery time for non-custom orders will be approximately 2-3 working days from the date of shipment. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
• Custom Orders:
  • As all rings and many other pieces are intricately designed by me and crafted to cater to your specific requirements, especially with respect to ring sizes, custom orders might take longer. You can expect your custom piece to reach you in approximately 2-3 weeks.

4. Expedited Shipping

If you have a specific date by which you need your order or wish to expedite your shipping, please ensure you leave a note during checkout. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@kellyjayjewellery.com. We will do our utmost to accommodate your requests.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, will be based on the weight of the items ordered and the location to which the product has to be shipped. The total cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
